It speaks to the challenges that a good number of women face in our society today and we are positive that it will help change the pattern of domestic violence in the near future.

“Corporal Punishment in Arua City Schools in Uganda: Epidemiology, response and learner-informed mitigation.” Doris is working on this project. It has enabled her face upfront her experience with corporal punishment first as a learner and now as a tutor.

“The burden of cerebral palsy associated with malaria in Oyam District in Northern Uganda: Extent, caregiver burden, and barriers to care.” Fred appreciates the project more than ever; given the vast knowledge he has acquired to help him unveil critical information on this problem in his home area.

“Injuries and violence due to land-related conflicts in West Nile Region, Uganda: Extent, determinants, and potential countermeasures.” Emmanuel is working on this project. Land conflicts continue to be one of the biggest challenges of our day.

“An investigation of youth hood Khat related injuries and their social determinants in North Western Uganda.” Queenie is actively handling this project.
